My most accomplished property development to date was the purchase of a dilapidated house in London and subdividing it into 3 apartments. This proved to be a challenge partly because of the complicated planning laws and having to go through 3 separate planning applications then managing builders who went bankrupt during the build. This was a huge learning experience in managing tradesmen, negotiating on wages and keeping the builders on track and to budget.

In addition to renovating property I have bought and sold a number of properties in London and Sydney so have a great understanding of the process and pitfalls. The search for our latest property purchase gave me the first-hand experience into the mechanics of the Sydney property market and the auction process. My love of the property search has to lead me to work at Flint Property helping other buyer’s find their dream home or a great investment property.
