Overview:
Client was referred to Brooke by a real estate agent after he had been trying to buy this particular apartment for 6 months.
Challenge:
Even though our client is an astute property buyer and buys buildings for a living, emotional attachment meant that he was not trusting his natural instincts and unable to close the deal for this purchase.
Solution:
Due diligence, price research and Brooke’s negotiating expertise allowed her to secure the property in just 5 days after meeting the client for a great price that was well below the vendor expectations. Knowing when to sit on an offer saved the client from paying more than he would have otherwise.
