Clients engaged Brooke when the property they were leasing and the adjoining property came up for sale.


The 2 properties were being sold in 1 Line and our clients only wished to purchase the property they were leasing which was at the rear of the pub they also owned. Our clients approached the neighbouring cafe owner to see if they were interested in purchasing the adjoining property. When the auction came around, conflicting budgets meant that a joint purchase with the cafe owner was unsuccessful. Our clients were the highest bidders and the property was passed onto them. The price of the property was also unrealistic.


Because the selling agent and Brooke had a strong working relationship from previous transactions they allowed our clients to purchase the half of the property they wanted separately from the other side. This was bought for a great price and saved the clients investing in something the did not want to.
