With a limited search both the clients and the agent looked for property and the agent knew when to advise a client about what is right and wrong. At the time of finding this property the client was overseas and the property was going to auction so Brooke had to act quickly without the client being present.


After completing due diligence, Brooke pushed to purchase the home prior to auction which she successfully did. Not only did she find the best home for the client she secured it at a great price. Just a week later a property of similar style and proportion sold for $120,000 more.
