After successfully purchasing a fantastic 4 bedroom investment property a few years earlier our clients needed to look no further than Brooke when it came to buying their next investment.

Challenge:

Clients loved the idea of purchasing a warehouse apartment in the inner city but they are extremely popular and thus can be difficult to come across. Brooke identified a suitable property that had been on the market for a while because of some previous strata issues.

Solution:

This was bought off market. Knowledge and expertise in negotiation together with positive agent relationships allowed a deal to be put together quickly. Issues with strata had all been satisfactorily resolved by the time of purchase and our client could confidently purchase the property for a price that was below an independently advised market value.
